Knit-nights and Book-talks at the library

Knit-nights and Book-talks at the library,
Come and make some cool stuff!
No Experience required – just imagination!
Do you love crafts? Do you love to knit? Do you love to hang out with friends and hear about some great books?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this activity is for you!  The library is planning to host a series of knit-nights and book-talks this fall.  Experienced knitters from Heidi’s Yarn Haven in Ukiah will be on hand to show some awesome projects and provide expert knitting advice and assistance.   Ukiah librarians will present some super knitting-themed fiction!

We will also read some excerpts from “At Knit’s End: Meditations for women who knit too much.” by Stephanie Pearl-McPhee.
